Wedding Breakfast only
• Planning meeting at venue 4-6 week prior to the wedding
• Arrival at wedding venue at least 1 hour prior to bride and groom
• Liaising with venue staff to ensure reception suite is set up to your requirements
• Meeting and greeting guests and collecting presents for safe keeping
• Receiving Bride and Groom on arrival
• Assistance with photographs
• Organizing the receiving line
• Introducing speeches during wedding breakfast making presents /gifts available as required
• Circulating guest book for signing
• Organizing cake cutting ceremony
• Full liaison with hotel function manager and staff throughout

Saturday weddings starting from £375 (over 25 miles travelling incurs extra cost)
Friday weddings starting from £350 (over 25 miles travelling incurs extra cost)

Gold Package 1

Civil Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast

• All aspects of Silver package and
• Liaison with registrar and bridal party
• Meeting and greeting guests and collecting presents for safe keeping
• Announcing the arrival of the bridal party
• Directing guests following ceremony and assisting with photograph

• Announcing the Evening Buffet
• Organizing throwing of the bride’s bouquet if required
